Off-white, somewhat creamy looking head. Easy, slightly woody, medium light roasted grain aroma. Deep and clear auburn look, with a hint of a chestnut hue. A bit of a woody bite leads off to a rather pleasant and balanced, roasted grain, leading to a mellow woody, medium roast grain flavor.
