A West Coast imperial IPA
Thin, white head. Light honey/amber appearance. Subtle, floral and citrus peel aroma. Restrained for an imperial IPA . Quite balanced, hop to malt ratio for any type of IPA. A mixed citrus peel, floral and off-dry malt flavor, which balances out the taste, and finishes quite well with nary a bite.
