If you are in Watertown and looking for a place to enjoy a microbrew, cigar and quiet conversation this is it.
I stopped in on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. Maybe seven other people in bar including the bartender. The bar itself seats maybe a dozen but there are several tables througout the establishment. They have a pool table and at least one TV.
There were four beers on tap and I tried them all -
IPA - Most enjoyable in "Class". Very fresh with a nice head and not overly hopped. (Which is to my liking.)
Honey Porter - I enjoyed this one the most although it was very mild.
Hefe Weizen - Didn't care for it. It has a sour taste.
Brown - Enjoyable, true to Class.
Unfortunatly their stout which had one an award at the American Brew Festival was not on tap the day I went.
They also make their own sodas, i.e, rootbeer, cola and orange which they use in their drinks. I tried the rootbeer and the orange and they were both good.
They have bottles of Miller and Bud products for those not wanting to drink the micros. They also have a selection of hard liquor.
I thought it was a bit pricey for being Watertown. $4 a pint.
