Hazy brown-black color with a durable tan head that leaves spotty lacing..
This stout has some unusal flavor notes, probably from the yeast. More noticeable hops and less dark roasted malt than usual, with some caramel notes.
Medium-light body with low carbonation.
O: almost like a cross between a sweet stout and a schwarzbier, some amber ale too, with less dark roasted and chocolate malt flavor than expected.
