Had on tap at brewery. Let me start by saying I do not drink Kolsch, do not generally care for the style. That said, it was busy and I just wanted to get something light and get out of the way. Shocking! This is an excellent brew. I am not able to evaluate the style very well but I will say that this was absolutely delicious. Very impressive offering, and I have to assume the Pils/Lager crowd would love this one.

A little honey maltyness, some grassiness, some haziness. Well balanced bitterness followed by lip smacking crispness.

I absolutely love this beer. This is the one I hope John brews every month.
