16oz can form Tavour. Hazy, milky pour, small tight white head stays on as a thin skin. Bready aroma, with very faint citrus notes. Citrus is more prominent in the taste, mostly grapfruit peel flavors, some underlying bready malts , and small bitter presence at the finish. Smooth, creamy, but not that juicy.

A: Pours a very murky slightly darker than medium golden orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright orange + medium golden yellow + bright yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango + citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + stone fruit/peach + pine hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of caramel + biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of caramel + biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango + citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + stone fruit/peach + pine hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving moderate lingering tropical + citrus hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable while highlighting Mosaic hops (one of my personal favorites) in both aroma and flavor.
