Nice pillowy NEngland…wish the cherries came forward a bit more but a nice subtle variation.

A: Pours an extremely murky dark golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate dark golden honey + burnt orange + apricot + bright yellow colored highlights as well as just a hint of garnet red colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/melon + stone fruit/apricot + stone fruit/peach + tropical/mango hops over just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel + lactose sweetness. Hints of tart cherries.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel + lactose sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of tart cherries. Finally there are moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/melon + stone fruit/apricot + stone fruit/peach + tropical/mango hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering tropical + stone fruit hops flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a good job highlighting the El Dorado hops flavors and aromas though it still seems slightly green. I wish the tart cherries came through a little more strongly but they were a nice addition.
