A: Pours a murky + slightly milky pale bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale yellow + pale golden yellow + lemon yellow + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film covering approximately 25% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Strong aromas of juicy tropical/pineapple along with moderate to strong aromas of juicy stone fruit/peach + citrus/grapefruit hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by strong flavors of juicy tropical/pineapple. Finally there are moderate to strong flavors of juicy stone fruit/peach + citrus/grapefruit hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving slightly stronger than moderate lingering sweet juicy pineapple.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid=body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable, especially if you (like me) really enjoy pineapple. Tons of pineapple and I would gladly have a few of these.
