Canned on 7/28/2022. Poured into a pint glass. It pours an opaque, pastel yellow-orange with more than a half finger of fluffy, bright white head and thick, sudsy lacing. On the nose there is lemon, lime, grapefruit, a whiff of peach and melon, and soft floral hops. The taste opens with a strong dose of fairly tart, bitter lemon , pineapple, and grapefruit. It's quite dank. There is also an intriguing flavor that reminds me of juniper. As it warms there are sweeter notes of melon and other tropical fruits which compliment the citrus. It's extremely clean and there is little bitterness from the Citra, Galaxy, and Vic Secret hops. The mouth feel is thick and creamy with moderate carbonation, and it doesn't drink like 9.3% ABV. Overall, I'm enjoying Pandamonium considerably. It's an Imperial IPA that doesn't drink big.
