On tap at brewery
A- pours jet black with a thin foamy khaki head that quickly reduces to a ring
S- wet oak, bourbon, caramel, vanilla, tobacco, espresso
T- as expected with 3 year barrel aging, barrel dominates up front: oak, barrel juice, vanilla and caramel. Mid palate gives notes of chocolate, cinnamon and a hit of maple sweetness, the finish gives more barrel juice with an oaky chocolate linger
M- medium body with low carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
