Poured to a tulip glass.
A: The body is copper colored but it created no head at all leaving no trace of lacing nor retention.
S: OK, I'll be straight here. This a honey saison, which took real honey into production. In the aroma, all you can get is honey. Actually, too much honey.
T: What's interesting here is that this beer has a great chance of being terribly balanced. However, in the taste, it's sparkles some attention because the sweetness of the barley connects very well with the honey. A good note to make is that this beer had an aroma that was too strong; taste-wise, it's bearable to good.
M: Don't know if this was something done on purpose but the carbonation here is really low. Plus, it's too watery.
O: I need to disclose this has been the first Honey Saison I've ever tried. I'm not surprised by this. Actually, I see a lot of room for improvement here.
