Served in a nonic glass from tap here at cervecería Esparte in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Semi-cloudy gold to Amber color with thin white head rising just about one finger's length.
Smell: Light hops and citrus scent. Comes off lightly floral.
Taste: Sweet and smoothly bitter with a very very light fruit offset. Undertones of grapefruit skin and you do see the mango.
Mouth: Medium carbonation but full bodied brew. Sticks enough even paired with the right dinner.
Overall: Descent brew, it actually becomes thirst quenching. Little malts with touch of zest. Drink with love, Salud!
