When pouring the beer, you get a pretty nice thick white foam that will pretty well. Medium thick bubbles that hang around for a while. The beer is yellow and clear, and lots carbonic dancing in the glass.
Thin delicate notes of malt, hops and fruit. It smells a little fruit sweetness of passion fruit and little else. Some herbs and grasses.
The flavor of the fruit where the passion fruit highlight itself. But some citrus take it down, a little acid from grapefruits that disappear pretty fast. Light notes of herbs, a little caramel and hops. Some grass and barley.
