The colour is orange-amber (23 EBC), the liquid is clear (the beer is bottle conditioned). The finger thick compact head is firm and off-white. The beer gives a fizzing sound while poured. No lacing occurs.

The smell is malts with sweet notes of caramel. Hints of exotic fruits, butterscotch and yeast. Some sharp notes of alcohol.

The taste is initially smooth and clean. Mild bitter flavours with some flowery notes that reminds more of English than American IPAs. Some unfinished yeasty-phenolic candy-like notes in the background. Growing notes of alcohol in the aftertaste, as well as some green fruits/berries and a touch of butterscotch. The finish is bitter-sweet with some solvents.

The carbonation is medium to strong, the bubbles small. The liquid is smooth.

Well, another Swedish AIPA without much of aroma hops.

A: Hazy orange pour with an insanely tall tan compact head that slowly sets into nice lacings.

S: Rather mild smell. Sweet caramell malts and some bitter hops. Way in the back the floral hops brings citric notes.

T: Bitter hops up front , followed by caramell malt, semi-sweet - rather bready. Some, but faint, floral hops brings some citric flowery notes.

M: Long bitter aftertaste, a bit sweet. Body is on the fuller side while carbonation is held back. Smooth.

O: Rather uneven with a lack of floral American hops - not bad but not true to the style.
