A: The color is clear brown with a rather large creamy and compact, tan head. Dissipation takes a while and leaves rich lacings.
S: Roasted dark malts, semi-sweet - ryebread-like. Rich bitter hops. Licorice, chocolates and strong black coffee. Dark dried fruits; cherries and plums. Rather dry smell.
T: Strong roasted dark malts kind of overpowers everything else, but you can also find bitter hops and coffee, licorice and chocolate. Way in the back there are some floral hops.
M: Long, fantastic bitter aftertaste. Body is surprisingly thin, considering the style and the malty taste. Carbonation is medium.
O: A bit thin but rich in malty flavours?!?! Not bad, but with a little more body and stronger floral hops...
