This is the best beer I have ever had at City Star. Their description: "Wild Bill is a sour strong ale aged 20 months in oak barrels. Soured with a blend of lactobacillus and pediococcus bacteria creating a remarkably tart beer with a hint of honey and a lingering trace of the bouquet of spices from the barrels’ prior inhabitant (Hellbilly). As complex as its namesake, Wild Bill finishes at 12.2% abv."
