Taster at Timber Creek. Clear golden pour, spotty white head, streaky lacing. Light biscuity aroma. Tasty is bready, malty and mildly sweet with a dry finish.

Tap
Pours clear golden, white lacing for a head.
Smells of light citrus and cracker malts.
Crisp cracker and buttered bread malt flavor, light citrus and grassy finish.
Light body with stinging carbonation on the tongue.
Very clean and crisp beer with good flavor, great food pairing beer that won't overwhelm the palate. Decent session candidate as well.

Pours more of an amber touched gold with a decent head. Flavor profile is a bit too tangy; just a touch. Other than that, there is a high grain character to things and a little bit of bread too. Feel is good. If that tang wasn't there, this would be a little better.
