Brought by the crew to the STL microfest - great to have the chance to sample it. "I'll be Bock" bock poured a hazy mahogany brown, thin head of tan ringed the glass. Malts and caramel in the aroma and taste, along with this strange little hint of sour green apple. Very noticeable at first, it dies a bit as you continue through the brew.
Body was a bit thin, even for a bock. But overall a drinkable brew and I could easily spend an afternoon with this one.
