Poursa clear gold color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of anise, pale malt, slight alcohol, and a hint of yeast. Fits the style of a German Pilsner. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of anise, pale malt, slight alcohol, and a hint of yeast. Overall, average in all aspects with the anise being unique.
