Our Tripel contains light Belgian Candi sugar to create a high gravity beer that is golden in color with a creamy white head. The hops create a mild, spicy character.

Poured a cloudy, straw yellow color with a small, thin head of bubbly foam. It smelled of spices, hay and caramel. Tasted of caramel light spices and a touch of yeast.

Serving - fun place, bring a growler if you want to take some home. This area is known for wine so it's great to have someone doing so quality beer.
A- all there for a tripel. Good lacing and big white foamy head. Good amount of carbonation for the style.
S-kind of lacking but not bad. Could have some more presence here.
T-smooth and easy to drink. I can see how some Bud drinkers could get themselves into trouble if they are inexperienced in a high alcohol content beer such as this. It hides the alcohol well. I would like a bit more hops here.
M-solid for the style, above average.
O-Good show! I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy some good beer while my wife was wine tasting. I wish they had some bottles since I forgot my growler. It would be nice for them to have a keg somewhere in Hermann as well.
If you are in MO Wine country, check them out! It's worth the trip,

Pours a clear copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong fresh pale malt, sweet malt, alcohol, hint of citrus hops, and yeast. Fits the style of a Tripel. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong fresh pale malt, sweet malt, alcohol, hint of citrus hops, slight metallic notes, and yeast. Overall, good appearance, but lacking in aroma and body with the metallic notes being disatisfying.
