Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a minimal head. It smelled of roasted malt, caramel and a touch of citrus. Tasted overly sweet and malty. Unbalanced.

If you are used to a big IPA, this is not it, however, this is a decent ale. I think if they went big, the Bud Light drinkers who are out touring wine country would have their pallets blown off. This is a solid ale with a bit of hop kick. I enjoyed it!
A-Looks the part, orange, thick and white head that quickly dissipates.
S-I'm used to smelling HOPS on my IPA's, this one is more of a whisper of hops. However, if this was my first IPA, I'm sure it would seem pretty hoppy.
T-Balanced. Actually, I would like a growler of this for drinking while on the porch. There's a big porch at the winery so there you go.... this beer has a purpose!
M-Just my opinion, I like a thick mouthfeel on my IPA's. This is a good beer-just more Pale Ale than IPA.
Keep up the beer brewing as we need good beers in MO German country!

Pours a hazy, copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight alcohol, hint of spice, citrus hops, floral hops, and sweet malt. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, slight floral hops, slight sweet malt, slight alcohol, and pale malt. Overall, good appearance and blend, but lacking in aroma and body.
