Swung by here when in the area. Situated in the nice area of historic downtown. Walking in you get the feeling this is definitely a wine-forward store (as if the name didn't give it away). But walking in on the left there is quite a large section of craft beer. There's about 4 6-ft tall shelves with a great selection of beer on both sides. It's organized pretty well with a good selection of local offerings. A shelf is dedicated to Belgian and other European beer. There's a wall filled with bombers that would have something even the pickiest of palates would appreciate.
There's a back room with about 5-6 taps and tables set all around. The owner said that it fills up pretty well after work. Seems like a nice spot to grab a pint and then grab something nice to take home. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I'll be back when in the area, and if I were a local, I'd hit this spot up all the time.

A quaint wine and beer shop in a historic small NC town center. The place is well kept, organized and attractive. And the service is friendly and inviting. They don't stock a lot of beer but what they had was solid. They also have some taps in the back. This is a nice local shop that I'd definitely frequent if I were a local.

Great little bottle-shop in downtown Statesville. The service couldn't be better - nice selection of bottles, and they pull some hard-to-gets on occasion as well. They've opened a small bar in the back and typically feature a nice selection of about 6 brews. Check 'em out if you're in the area.

This is exactly what Downtown Statesville needs. Very friendly atmosphere, great beers, and great value. It's great to be able to enjoy a beer outside.
They used to be located JRs and they've greatly improved since moving.
I'd like to see more beer refrigerated, but I can always do that myself at home.
I also wish they had more IPAs, but I understand they need to sell to as many customers as possible and not everyone likes the same beer I do.
They have great Brie as well. I am excited to try more cheese in the future.
