Had this beer on cask at this bar in London, for the life of me I cant think of the name of it, but it was right next to Madame Tussaeds wax museum.
Anyway
It poured a somewhat clear light brown body with a small frothy, classic cask, white/tan head.
It was an interesting beer with a very woody flavor to it. Sort of like what you might imagine sucking on the end of an old aged wooden bar might taste like. Surprisingly a bit more bitter than your average London cask fullers or young. Very nice though, with some soft caramel and even fruit overtones.
I must have had dozens of beers on this trip to London, but this one still sticks out as one of the most interesting and definitely a favorite among them. I would love to find this beer again.

Pours a nut brown to amber colour with a bubbly off-white head.
Aroma is ashy and nutty, with caramel, and a hoppy finish.
Taste is malty and hoppy with light fruits, a woody character and a bitter, dry, and slightly salty aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is very light and moderate in carbonation, drinks well.
