Hand-pulled pint in The Coach House, a pub in Keal Coates, Lincolnshire: on 9 Mar 2013.
Pale amber body with a white head of tight foam on top. Clear and healthy looking.
The nose was a blend of both roasted malts and floral hops with a suggestion of honey sweetness.
The taste was also a pleasant mixture of flavours: very simular to the aromas. The beer seemed to get drier the more I had (only had a pint though): pleased the brewery is up and running, as I thought it had folded.
