A golden West Coast-style pale ale exploding with American hop character, made from the same mash as our dark, rich, and malty 4th Year Beer Belgian-style quad.

This comically hoppy IPA is actually a small beer derived from Revolution's fourth anniversary ale, a Belgian quadrupel. The resultant 6.2% abv pale bruiser is bone dry and hazy with hop tannins. A thick off-white rocky head persists in the moments after pouring. The aroma is dominated by fresh American hops. A low finishing gravity helps this absurdly hoppy beer retain its drinkability, even as 85 IBUs and a 3 lbs/Bbl dry hop assert themselves rather brutishly. Overall this is an IPA that is simultaneously West coast hoppy and Midwest quaffable. Dry, bitter, hoppy. Really hoppy. Well done.
