This IPA was inspired by our Ghost Ride Kolsch bier. Using a similar malt bill and some of the Kolsch yeast we got the lightness and fruity esters that perfectly compliment the pineapple and citrus notes from the Zythos and Cascade hops.

Draft pint at the brewery, thanks to Thomas & Jenny for this one!
Bright golden orange, with lasting foam that maintained an unbroken veil of skim across the surface, and a collar of lace around the edges. Clarity was sharp and brilliantly clear.
Aroma was estery and hoppy, lightly citrusy with a slight resiny edge.
Taste was firmly bitter with a citrus peel and pith character, light bodied with a dry finish. Very light and clean, dosed with plenty of hop complexity from the Zythos and Cascade to keep it interesting. I was going to say sessionable, but at 7% that's pushing it. This was a nice companion beer to Mosaic-Hero which was just released.
