Our Chicago Smoke Rauchbier aged in Heaven Hill barrels. It's woody, smoky character is tamed with hints of toasted caramel sweetness & vanilla. (8% ABV // 20 IBU)

Poured out as a deep amber color with a thin cream colored head on top. The smell of the beer is pretty solid, nice barrel notes with some smoke in there too. The taste of the beer has a mild smoke flavor to it with some rich caramel malts and subtle vanilla. The feel is medium bodied. Overall I enjoyed the beer.
