Hazy yellow gold, fluffy layer of meringue foam, chunky lacing.
Aroma of fresh noble hops, grassy and herbal, lightly lemony.
Bitter smack of grassy hops in the taste, smooth and creamy feel from the extra yeast/proteins.
Lemony tea and grassy bitter botanicals in the aftertaste.
Overall this is much hoppier than most Kellers, but very good.
