Pronounced [zhwa-deh-veev], this delightfully indelicate American Wild Ale is the result of an 18 month long experiment in mixed fermentation and blending. Cabernet grapes from Paso Robles, CA, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus give this ale dry, fruity, and exceedingly funky flavor and aroma.
