Pours a cloudy pink with a very light pink 2 finger head of foam. Smell is raspberry and some other fruit? Maybe it’s the Yuzu although I’m not quite sure what that is. Other aroma would be lemon peel and grass. Taste follows suit largely. Raspberry purée on front, very seedy and fresh tasting, other fruity flavors, and a tart citrus bite towards the back. Feel is dry and very much a classic “sour” beer. No purée or milk sugar in this one. I liked it and could very much session this. Thanks, Frank.
