Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

I had this on draft 7/6/23 @ Revolution's Taproom.
Cloudy dull orange appearance.
Nice white head; frothy, tree-rung lace remained.
Banana & mild wheat notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Banana & faint cream flavors up front; dry wheat & a bit of hop bite (plus faint booze heat?) on the finish.
A little dry / hoppy for me, but it's drinkable.

Can at Mad River, Chicago, IL
A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a thin bright white head that quickly died down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with hints of orange peels.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of wheat and orange peels.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on teh palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The smell of this beer is dominated by the wheat but the taste becomes more balanced between the wheat and orange peels.
Serving type: can

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at Beer Head Pub in Schaumburg, IL. The appearance is a golden orange color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is yeast, oranges, pepper and coriander. The taste is just like the nose.

Has a very spicy (spiced?) taste compared to other Belgian style wheat beers I’ve had. Nice smooth taste with pleasant bitterness on the end. Citrus is present but overshadowed by the corriander.

Poured into a snifter. A hazy golden color with a thick white head. Bright wheat aroma mixed in with spices and faint citrus. The taste was classic Wit. Belgian esters, floral notes, bitter orange, bread. Crisp and dry with a light body. Excellent.
