Our Dry Irish Stout has a deep roasted malt character from predominantly Irish malts. The use of nitrogen keeps this light-bodied beer dense, creamy, and drinkable.

I had this on nitro draft @ Revolution's Taproom on 3/6/24.
Brown/black appearance.
Nice nitro head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Cream, wheat & mild chocolate notes in the nose.
Creamy medium thick mouthfeel.
Soft wheat & cream flavors up front; faint chocolate notes on the finish.
No rough edges here; it's pleasant but kind of forgettable. I'd love to try this on 'regular' draft, or, better yet, cask.

Had on nitro tap. Brown hints to the opaque black body, tan head and blobs for lacing. Smell is roasty with slight nitro cream and dark chocolate. Taste more roasty, lesser so on other elements, frankly Guinness is better. Feel is light and airy, roasty and smooth, decently dry. Good but would rather have guinness

Served from nitro tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a sleek obsidian topped by over a finger of staunch dirty bone foam (that is, once the minor cascade finished). The nose comprises roast, light coffee, light wheat toast, and a few sprinkles of dark chocolate powder. The taste brings in more of the same, a minor bit of dark fruits attempting to creep into the picture from the very depths, mostly in vain. The body is a light medium, with a lovely nitrogenation and a consequently silky-smooth feel. A pretty tasty Irish stout, one I could easily down many of in a single sitting.

Taste: semi sweet, dark chocolate malt, dry smooth finish. Rich chocolate malt tobacco nose. Very dark brown, semi clear, soft nitro creamy head with a ringed lattice of lace. Medium to med/light body. Tasty.

Tasted in a pint glass from draught at Firkin on March 23, 2018. A dry Irish stout that has a deep roasted malt character from predominantly Irish malts. The use of nitrogen keeps this light bodied beer dense, creamy and drinkable.
