Tasted in a pint glass from draft at the Revolution Brewing Brewpub on May 27, 2017. A session pale ale made with Crystal hops. Look is faint gold. Smell is citrus and floral. Taste is lightly bitter citrus. Feel is creamy and smooth.

Thanks to Thomas & Jenny for this one, taster at the brewery.
This was a fine pale ale, 2nd place to Fist City.
Pale orange, ample creamy foam, concentric rings of lace in the glass.
Aroma was lemony and lightly botanical, I was told this used a new German hop varietal.
Taste was smooth and clean, lemon verbena, fresh green bitterness. Light bodied with a creamy texture, very easy drinking. It reminded me somewhat of Fist City in that respect. Would have had another if Citra Hero wasn't on.

Imbibed at Revolution Brewpub 06/03/2011. From Menu: "Single-hop extra pale ale made with Crystal hops."
Appearance -- Pours a hazy golden hue with a thin sudsy beige head.
Smell -- Doughy malt and yeast are most evident, with some faint floral hop bouquet in the background. Underwhelming.
Taste -- Doughy malt, yeast. The mildest of citrusy hop flavor paired with a mild earthy hop bitterness. There is a low earthy, tea-like bitterness in this beer as well.
Mouthfeel -- Light-bodied with medium carbonation. Miild pseudo-cask astringency.
Overall -- Seriously, a Crystal single-hop APA? This is as bland as would be expected. Wouldn't have again.
