Made with malted corn and a pinch of beechwood smoked malt. A clear, golden body with a white foam cap persuades you into a a bouquet of corn nuts with a subtle kiss of smoke. The flavor accentuates the flavor of corn along with fruity esters that make this crisp brew entice you for more.

Alright, first review of my weekend in Chicago! I already started off with a Malört shot and beer combo and thought this would be a really interesting one. Smoked Cream Ale? I can’t say that I’ve ever seen that before. Let’s see what it has to offer
Pours a clear pale gold with a finger of soapy white head that quickly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is subtle but what’s here is quitw fun. I’m picking up on aromas of beechwood smoke, biscuity malt, lemon zest, honey, raw grain, pear skin, white grape, and bread crust
It’s a lot more of the same in taste with a heavier emphasis on the smoke, though still pretty light overall. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting bready malt, beechwood smoke, honey, toasted grain, orange zest, white grape, and light floral hops. The swallow brings notes of beechwood smoke, honey, raw grain, white grape, golden raisin, biscuity malt, floral hops, and lemon zest
A light body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes bone dry and refreshing with a subtle yet exciting smokiness
What a way to kick things off. Not super flavorful but very fun
