Pours an orange-ish color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of orange juice. Taste is spicy orange with a minimal alcohol warmth that hides forge 10% ABV.

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had fresh citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink sweet malt base and fresh citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer at 10%.

12oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sheets of lacing. It smelled of peach, apricot, orange and caramel. Very, very sweet with apricot, peach and orange. Slightly toasted caramel with a sharp bitterness.

Somehow this is my first hazy from Revolution. I’m leaving for Riot Fest in Chicago tomorrow morning and will certainly end up at Revolution so I figured I’d start celebrating early. Let’s crack it open and see what it has to offer
Pours a cloudy orange gold with 2 fingers of soapy off white head that slowly fades to a cap and leaves decent lacing
“Juicy Rush” is certainly a good descriptor of the nose. I’m picking up on aromas of orange juice, dried mango, papaya, lime zest, bready malt, grassy hops, white pepper, honey, and light kiwi
Disappointingly, it’s nowhere near as juicy in taste, rather flat and bland actually. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting orange zest, bready malt, mango skin, honey, lemon juice, and light grassy hops. The swallow brings notes of burnt grapefruit, pithy orange, caramel malt, floral hops, honey, and white pepper
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a smooth beer. Finishes neutral but lacks bite
There’s quite a large disparity between the stellar aroma and lackluster taste here but it’s fine for what it is

I bought this stovepipe in the grocery store when I felt like having just one (big) beer and there was not much else to choose from. Looks good, almost no distinct aroma, but the taste is apricot combined with a chemical-like, cough syrup quality. Revolution hasn't quite gone the New Belgium Voodoo Ranger route, but this is similar to some of those abominations. This was a drain pour.

12oz can – canned May1, 2025
Revolution Brewing X-Hero Juicy Rush IPA poured into my tulip glass a very hazy gold color. A nice bubbly white 1-finger head was formed that left behind nice lacing. Aroma was dominate by fruit; such as orange, peach, and pineapple. The taste is like the aroma with sweet orange followed by peach and a very light bitterness from grapefruit at the finish. The mouth feel is high-medium, a little dry and sticky.
Overall, X-Hero Juicy Rush is a different take on an Imperial IPA than what I am accustomed to…however, I like it!

Pours a slightly unfiltered golden orange color with a sudsy off white head that lingers a bit and provides moderate lacing. Looks great in the glass.
The nose is REALLY heavy on the fresh peach and candied orange aromas and, almost impossibly, they’re more pronounced on the taste, with a nice bit of melon for good measure.
The 10% ABV is sneaky, especially with the medium, slightly oily mouthfeel, so be careful with this bruiser of a juice bomb.

Candy store aromatic, and hazy orange drink like in appearance. An odd bruiser of a juice bomb in that It tastes like how I'd imagine spiking orange Kool-aid with peach shasta, robitussin and vodka would, and it probably is just as troublesome.

It is what it is, intensely fruity and juicy, but not like a kiddy drink. I enjoyed inhaling the bouquet/aroma as much as I did drinking the beer. It is mega refreshing, and just a teensy bit drying on the back of the tongue. Prime candidate for a 2nd or 3rd go-around on a hot and sticky summer afternoon, except that the ABV is not to be trifled with.

12oz can. Bottom stamp is 'FILLED: 02/04/25 11:06:25'.
Partly cloudy for clarity, deep gold colored body. One finger of off white head, and this persists for a long time as a full cap and high clinging ring. Leaves behind twisted webs of lacing.
Aroma of papaya, orange, and peach. Quite strong and vibrant notes that waft out of the glass.
Taste is quite boozy and drying in the mouth. Fruit flavors of papaya, orange, peach, and pineapple turn semi-sweet mid-point on. Perfumey. The aftertaste turns the mouth tight and dry and lingers with overripe fruit flavors (papaya, peach, orange).
More than medium mouthfeel. There is a buzziness on the tongue and in the mouth with each sip (due to higher ABV%). Slightly syrupy but gets drying very quickly. Kind of like a high hopped malt liquor feel. Very good carbonation.
Balanced and good for a buzz. The flavors straying from sweetness is odd but probably intended.
