A pilot brew designed and brewed by the brewhouse team at our Kedzie production facility, Moulin Brouge is a clean and sparkling French Ale with low bitterness and a zippy carbonation. You would be forgiven for thinking it was a lager.

I had this on draft 11/13/24 @ Revolution's Taproom.
Mostly see-through orange/yellow appearance.
Small off-white head; almost no lacing remained.
Spelt grain, library book & faint lemon notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Library book, spelt grain & faint lemon peel flavors.
Slight & a bit dusty, but overall drinkable.
