A traditional Munich Helles lager. Brewed with German Pils, Vienna, Chit Malts, and utilizing a single decoction. A long, slow fermentation at 50°F creates a super clean yeast profile that allows all the raw materials to play harmoniously on the palate. Served “Keller style" (from the cellar) where it hasn’t seen finings or filtration which proves a round creamy mouthfeel and supreme drinkability.

Had on tap. Clear golden body with two fingers of white foam with trace lines of lacing swirling around the glass. Smells of grassy hops, grains, white bread yeast and honeycomb within the malts. Taste is paler with the hops coming across almost keller like, but the yeast is unmistakably helles with a pronounced white bread note shining through. Feel is soft, slightly pale, smooth and quenching.

I had this on draft 6/6/25 @ Revolution's Taproom.

Semi-opaque dull orange appearance.

Big bright white head; nice lacing remained.

Corn, honey & faint wheat notes in the nose.

Soft, medium mouthfeel.

Corn & mild honey flavors up front; mild pine bite on the finish.

A nice, balanced Helles; I'd have another!
