Built for body, barrel, and a boldly brewed sweet coffee finish, this imperial rye stout is loaded with Canadian rye and European barley varieties that forge a deep and dynamic malt structure. Premium boubon barrels hand-picked by Binny's imbue this chocolatey brew with notes of vanilla and highbrown hooch. Finally, it is finished with an intense dose of fresh roasted Dark Matter Unicorn Blood espresso.

I had this on draft 7/23/25 @ Revolution's Taproom.
Black/brown appearance.
Almost no tan head; minimal lacing remained.
A BLAST of dark roast coffee bean in the nose, with some mild chocolate notes as well.
Thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Huge dark roast coffee bean flavor up front with hints of chocolate, bourbon heat & wood.
Big, dumb fun...but's it's CRIMINAL they did this to a BANGER batch of Thundertaker.
