Quinze (meaning 15 in French) is 15 Year Beer stripped down to its quintessential parts. The fusion of extended-aged, double barrel Straight Jacket and Ryeway to Heaven, each embellished with new French oak, forgoes the addition of fruit, leaving the purest expression of Fifteen Year Beer you'll ever drink

I had this on draft 7/23/25 @ Revolution's taproom.
Black/brown appearance.
Small tan head; no lacing remained.
Chocolate, wood, bourbon & caramel notes in the nose.
Thick mouthfeel.
Chocolate & caramel flavors up front; wood & pleasing bourbon heat notes on the finish.
A gorgeous alchemy of beer, wood & time. Fantastic.
