This Build-A-Barrel from The Open Door is a blend of sweet-leaning Ryewines aged in Elijah Craig and Willet bourbon barrels for two years, and finished in a single Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrel with “Crème Brûlée”-toasted French oak for an additional seven months.
