We teamed up with Tip Top Proper Cocktails to reimagine one of their classic canned cocktails through the lens of craft beer as a part of their Kindred Spirits collaboration series. The result is one of our most unique and inventive beers to-date. This Whiskey Sour inspired ale oak-infused with lemon. This beer was created to taste like a whiskey sour, but drink like a beer.

3/25/26 - (The Garage Bar & Sandwiches) (Chicago, Illinois) Draft Notes: Fresh tap handle, not on the paper menu. 6.5% ABV per Beer Advocate, 12 oz snifter.
Appearance: Foggy darker orange pour, bright white fine bubble carbonation clinging around the rim. 3.75
Aroma: Whiskey, peach, and lemon. Smells more like a mixer than actual fruit. 3.25
Taste: Tastes a bit better though very consistent with the aroma. Sour tart lemon leads, peach and citrus, whiskey subtle but nice. 4.0
Mouthfeel: Tart and sweet, drinks a bit stronger than the ABV. No carbonation, sweet, medium body, tart sweet lemonade start to finish. 3.75
Overall: Id likely skip this if at the brewery, but excited to see a new to me Revolution Tap Handle, and this worked about as best as could be expected. 3.75

Whiskey Sour pours a copper color, with a small, long-lasting, fizzy head. The aroma has big lemon notes. The flavor is sweeter and sour, lots and lots of lemon, a hint of orange, and cherries. Good feel. Overall, it's sweet and sour.
