Another gem from the cellar—this time a single “money barrel” of 2025 Rum V.S.O.J., dosed with double fire-toasted American oak. The result: a tidal wave of vanilla, caramel, and rich, bourbonesque warmth.

Had on tap. So take the rum vsoj (which was fantastic) and make the barrel a touch bright but much more complex. The dark fruit, rum, and molasses tones meld into the barrel with plum and grape whispering in the background, barley, toasted caramel, and leather support. Smells like the original with more wood, doesn't reveal the same level of complexity. Amazing depth, an elevated sipper, rich, warm, full, and smooth. Poured with a larger head than the orignal too The wife liked it
