This unique brew is a twist on a traditional German Style Dunkelweizen brewed for the Dovetail "Thanks For Smoking" Beer Fest. Brewed with a grainbill of 60% Oak Smoked Weyermann Wheat Malt and a host of other specialty malts. This brew pops with flavors of pumpernickel bread and caramelized sugars with rounded aromatics of clove and banana. Oak smoked wheat flavor and aromatics lurk in the background and contribute a smooth creamy texture to this brew.
