Pours a slight, pink head. Lactic acid and pomegranate in the nose. Bright, deep red color. Starts extremely sour; bright, fresh blackberry and pomegranate notes bounce off lactic acid. Smooth maltiness comes through in the finish as the lactic acid turns to a sauerkraut richness.
This is exceptionally tasty. Aggressively sour profile pairs amazingly with blackberries and pomegranate. This is going to make summer amazing.
