Aroma of cat pee. Lots of pine hop flavor. Buttery malt background. I'm not wild about this, but glad I get to know the Simcoe a little better.

Canned 2/20/18, consumed 3/1/18
Poured hazy straw with an inch of head that left a good amount of lacing.
Aroma is true to the Simcoe hops - bright citrus and tropical fruits, some floral and danky notes in there.
Taste follows aroma, Simcoe all the way though definitely in a lighter style than when featured in IPAs.
Mouthfeel is medium/light, easy low bitterness, well-balanced and leaves you wanting more.
Overall, a terrific pale ale for Simcoe nuts like me. Certainly interested to check out other single hop Stoked! brews from Henhouse.

This pours a hazy white gold. Simcoe-tastic! Thin bodied, hints of catty/green onion hops. Easy drinking. The #stoked series is a fun way to explore different hops.
