Stoked Pale Ale used to be our rotating hop pale ale, with each batch made with a new blend of one or two hops, allowing us to experiment with new hops and processes. Now we are sticking with Citra hops. All Citra, all the time! Citra is fronting like lychee lychee, passion passion, dank dank, plum! Always a house favorite!

12oz can. Bottom date stamp reads 'CANNED ON: 11/04/2024 17:57'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head, which subsides to an island and thin ring. Leaves behind some scattered lacing webs.
Aroma is slightly spicy floral hops, with a solid malt base.
Taste is herbal hops with a good toasted malt base. A little dank from the middle to the end. The initial flavors are orange, passion fruit, and guava. Aftertaste is short lived.
Medium mouthfeel. Dank more than bitter, less sweet than real fruit juice. Good carbonation.
Well balanced and suited for style. Less hoppy (fruity, juicy, and sweet) than an IPA, with a substantial malt base.

A hoppy pale ale from the good folks at HenHouse, in an easy-to-transport 12 oz. minikeg. Easy drinking, with an approachable ABV and a generous hop presence.
