Blanc Helicopters pours a dank, murky orange with a creamy, off-white head that measures 1-finger, which lingers with excellent lacing retention. The smell is a mix of floral and fruit with grapefruit, pineapple and grape with a melon sweetness. The taste is light over the palette with grapefruit and lemon zest and a chardonnay undertone that lingers.

L: Hazy amber orange with a nice head that left a lot of lacing.
S: Bright, unique citrus/tropical/grapes fruit mix with grassy and light floral notes.
T: Follows aroma but fuller, nice fruity/grassy/floral blend.
F: Smooth but not creamy or sweet, a little bit of bitterness, decent carbonation, leaning towards medium-light.
O: Yet another nice, solid rotating offer from Henhouse. They are consistently one of a handful of NorCal breweries that put out great rotating offerings seemingly weekly. I'm always picking up Henhouse when I see it.

My biggest issue with the haze craze is that it's too smooth, soft and sweet. This is the perfect balance of mango lassi with hop characters to balance it all out. Thank you HenHouse
