Pint can with June 29, 2020 canned date. Opened today (10/24/20) and poured into a pint pub glass.
A - Yellow/gold and very hazy with a finger of fairly dense foam that fades quickly, minimal lacing. No mention on the can label that this was going to be a hazy beer, "you have to pass the bill before you can see what's in it..."
S - Big tropical fruit aroma - Mango, pineapple are present.
T - This hits you with immediate grapefruit bitterness on the first sips, but those seem to melt into a muddle of less distinct fruit notes as it warms.
F - Balanced in thickness with ample carbonation that's not overly sticky or biting.
O - This is a pretty good hazy double IPA, but am disappointed that hazy isn't mentioned on the can, because that's not what I expected or wanted. Not all that happy with this purchase.

Sweet orange tropical hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with an orange juice citrus bitterness vibe. Good depth and feel on this double. Good stuff!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
