Mosaic doing its thing, and nothing else in its way. Grapefruit, orange zest, just a touch of bitterness in the finish. That's it. It has a bigger mouthfeel than the 4.6%, but no malt or grain presence at all. It's like a Mosaic Hop Spindrift seltzer, if you know what I mean. If you're a Mosaic freak, this is your session brew.
