Served in a tumbler at Mundelein Brewfest 2014.
Starting things off with a pale ale, just to keep things simple. It pours a clear brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises orange zest, light honey, light banana juice, and a hint of pine sap. The taste brings in more of the same, though everything's a bit muted compared to the smell. The pine contingent is also more powerful, but not by too much. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Overall, a nice little pale ale, nothing all that special, but it's pretty drinkable.
